Kurt Marks to Retire as Blackville Village Clerk

Kurt Marks has worked for the village of Blackville as clerk for the past twenty-two years. He will be retiring this Friday, December 4, 2015.

Please stop by the Blackville Community Center on Friday between 2:00pm to 4:00pm for refreshments and to wish Kurt well on his retirement.
