Hawkes Wins Blackville By-Election; Elected New Mayor
The unofficial results of today’s by-election have been tabulated and the village of Blackville has a new mayor! Candidate Andrew Hawkes has been elected with a total of 343 votes, besting Glen Hollowood’s 132 votes.
